We always aim to despatch you your order within 3 to 5 business days to any worldwide location. For international shipping we will use an international courier offering the most rapid form of recorded delivery which will require a signature.

We will gladly refund or exchange any unused purchase if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanged goods may incur a further postal charge (and a charge of difference if you require an item of higher value, we will refund the difference if the item is of lower value that your original item).

A full refund will only be given provided that the failure is through no fault of the Purchaser but by the Company. The Company's liability is strictly limited to a full refund only and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will manufaturer the goods as soon as possible for you.  We do not remove the funds from your account until your order is fulfilled.

Delivery, Post and Packing

All smaller orders are shipped using Royal Mail or for larger orders a courier such as UPS will be utilised and the goods will need to be signed for. The Company cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers or electronic mail.

Returns

If your order is damaged or defective you must return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Before returning your order you must contact the Company for a returns number.
