The Mermaid clip down pulley wishbone rig is suitable
for most fishing allowing two baits to be presented
close together providing a strong scent trail.

The Wishbone arrangement can also be used to fish two different baits close together, or where it is desired to fish two smaller baits close together, but still create the equivalent scent trail to one larger bait.
