The Mermaid Clip down pulley pennel is a distance pulley rig with the main line running straight through to the hooks for maximum strength. A three-in-one rig. The pennel formation allows you to fish bigger baits by securing it at two points whilst also reducing the chances of your target escaping unhooked with your bait. When you're ready to cast the bait clip allows you to clip the rig into a streamlined state for a good tidy long range cast. An excellent rig for Cod.
